I met up with Maddie last week for a branding shoot in Downtown Phoenix and it was fabulous! The lighting was stellar, the square was quiet, it was a great day for shooting! Maddie is a Naturopathic Doctor here in the valley, (hence the stethoscope) and of course I had to invite her to share a bit with us here! Enjoy!

Tell me a little about what you do
I work with individuals to help them achieve their health goals! I am a Naturopathic Medical Doctor who likes to dig deep and find the “why” behind your symptoms! Some of my favorite things to help people overcome are gut disorders, thyroid dysfunction and hormone imbalance.

Zen Tea Blend by Tzao, Love Island Australia (my current guilty pleasure), dates (the fruit- I can’t get enough), epsom salt baths to relax in & trips up North to beat the heat!

What can I expect when working with a naturopathic doctor?

You can expect to spend a lot of time with me one-on-one to help uncover the root cause to why you’re feeling the way you feel. We have a large toolbox to pull from so while I can provide medications when you need them, I can also offer you expertise in choosing the right botanical medicines, nutritional support and many other options! I offer free 15 minute consults to help you decide if we make a great fit!
