Hey friends! Welcome to a branding session with Carah Elizabeth! I first met Carah through the Powerhouse Women community and immediately loved her warm and bright energy! I’m so excited to share some photos from our branding session together and give you some absolutely wonderful advice and inspiration from Carah!

Tell me a little about what you do
I help women delve deep within themselves to connect with the core of who they are, explore the depths of their life’s purpose and empower them to make the necessary life pivots to achieve their goals and dreams. I use a multimodal approach including body, mind and spiritual skills to support women in identifying and challenging their limiting beliefs of who they are and transform into their most authentic selves. Supporting their growth and healing processes allowing them to overcome the feeling of not being enough to create the life they love…and deserve.

What made you decide to go down the road to creative entrepreneurship?
In the last few years I’ve decided to pivot my business from my private practice psychotherapy office to dive into the world of coaching to allow myself more freedom and flexibility to meet the needs of my clients. This has allowed me to create online and virtual offerings, as well as utilize the full range of my skillset including Trauma-Informed Somatic Psychotherapy, Yoga and Reiki Energy Healing to support women’s connection back to themselves – body, mind and soul. I’m also able to reach a wider range of women, some of whom may not have access to services in their area to support their growth.

What advice can you share with other creatives who are struggling?
Face the fear and do it anyway! – Susan Jeffers

Creating something new, pivoting a business or re- branding yourself takes time and effort. If you’re not dedicated to your purpose, no one else will be. Also, finding a community of like-minded people to support you and hold you accountable to do what you say you’re going to do!!

What’s a favorite inspiring quote of yours?
Just when the caterpillar thought the world was over, it became a butterfly -anonymous
This inspires me to realize that when I feel like giving in I’m only one step away from something great!

Can you share a favorite marketing tip with us?
Network! Get in the room with other people, if it scares you then you know you’re doing something right. Take a deep breath and put one foot in front of the other to keep moving towards that big dream of yours!

What are your five favorite things right now?
Coffee, Yoga, Reiki, Walking my pup and feeling fully connected to my power and purpose!

What song do you listen to when you need to get motivated?
That’s hard to say! Anything upbeat and full of energy.
