This session with Rebeca is such a strong example of how environment can elevate a branding shoot. Her home is absolutely stunning. I mean, the light, the texture, the architecture, the style, it all gave us a beautiful foundation to work with, but what makes these images so successful isn’t just the space, it’s how everything works together. Her wardrobe contributed to the clean lines, the neutral palette, and all of it reinforces how she shows up in her professional work. These images reflect the purpose and clarity Rebeca leads with in her daily work, and that’s really what I take from this session. Also, just pause with me when you get to the image with the black front door, because oh my goodness do I love that shot!

Hey. Do you mind if I tell you a story? One you might not have heard. All the elements in your body were forged many many millions of years ago in the heart of a faraway star that exploded and died. That explosion scattered those elements across the desolations of deep space. After so, so many millions of years, these elements came together to form new stars and new planets. And on and on it went. The elements came together and burst apart, forming shoes and ships and sealing wax and cabbages and kings. Until, eventually, they came together to make you. You are unique in the universe. There is only one of you. And there will never be another.
