Branding With Bella

With branding photography, a big goal is clarity. It’s not just about who you are, but about what you do, and more importantly, what working with you actually looks like. Bella did this so well. From the beginning, she had a focus on creating images that would immediately answer the question of what it looks like to work with her, and the answer became really clear through movement, interaction, and demonstration. I got to photograph her in her treatment space as well as her gym space, and she even arranged for model clients to come stand-in during the session. The combination of space, clients, and action all told a really full story of Bella’s practice.

If you’re planning your own session, this is a question to think about: What part of your work can be shown in a complete way?
