Okay so about 8 years ago I started photographing a group called the Gilbert Town Fiddlers. The High School fiddle group is run by my dear friends Sara and Taylor and this year, my son is a new member! Through this group, I’ve met the most incredible young people and have been so honored to meet them for various milestones with my camera. This year Annaliese is graduating from college and I’m so excited for her!
We met up at Old Main on the ASU campus and wandered around until we ended up at her school. I’m so excited for this next chapter in her life and to see what amazing things she does! A very big congratulations to Annaliese on this wonderful accomplishment!

Hey. Do you mind if I tell you a story? One you might not have heard. All the elements in your body were forged many many millions of years ago in the heart of a faraway star that exploded and died. That explosion scattered those elements across the desolations of deep space. After so, so many millions of years, these elements came together to form new stars and new planets. And on and on it went. The elements came together and burst apart, forming shoes and ships and sealing wax and cabbages and kings. Until, eventually, they came together to make you. You are unique in the universe. There is only one of you. And there will never be another.
